Join the debate on Learners as Researchers and Creators

Ben Williamson and Sarah Payton of Futurelab are currently in the Vital Hotseat, ready to answer your questions. The Hotseat allows you to discuss topical issues with ICT practitioners, based on an introductory article or podcast posted here on the Vital website. The discussion remains open for two weeks. Ben and Sarah are leading the debate on the role of the internet in learning, especially looking at the benefits to learners of carrying out research and problem-solving activities online; the skills and knowledge acquired by doing so; and how teachers can and should promote the internet as a learning resource. The Futurelab Hotseat will remain live until 26 June, and to take part you will need to register here on the site. If you would be interested in hosting a future Hotseat please email the Vital team.
