Webinar tips:
Video conferencing can seem intimidating at first, but you will rapidly get the hang of it once you are in a webinar. The most critical step is to ensure that Blackboard CollaborateTM will run on your computer well in advance of the first webinar you wish to attend. The Collaborate Setup Guideshows you how to check this.
It’s also important to log in to the webinar itself 5- 10 minutes early to establish a connection and to allow time to test your microphone and headphone settings. Once you have logged into the webinar you will see instructions on how to do this and there will be a facilitator on hand to help sort out any problems.
